Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and phrases used in this document carry specific meanings.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Platform" means the app baji website, mobile application, and all services operated through them.
• "User" or "Member" means any person registered and active on the platform.
• "Account" means each member's personal registered profile and transaction history.
• "Bonus" means any incentive funds or benefits provided by the platform.
• "Wagering" means fulfilling the requirement to place bets of a specified amount before a bonus becomes withdrawable.
• "Net Loss" means the amount remaining after total winnings are deducted from total losses over a given period.

1.2 Principles of Interpretation

If any ambiguity or dispute arises regarding any matter in these terms and conditions, the interpretation of the app baji authority shall be final. Provisions written in the singular also apply in the plural and vice versa.

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Rules

To become a member of app baji, the user must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed immediately and funds held may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of the account verification process, app baji may request from members a copy of a national identity card or passport, proof of ownership of the payment method, and proof of address if required. Completing this verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal request is processed.

Age and Eligibility

All services on app baji are for persons aged 21 or older only. Providing a false age during registration is a serious breach of these terms and may result in legal liability.

3.1 Other Eligibility Requirements

• The member must be verifiable by identity in their own name.
• Any person subject to an existing self-exclusion or administrative ban may not open an account.
• Opening an account on behalf of another person or as a proxy is not permitted.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds on app baji are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks). The minimum amount per deposit is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a request is successfully submitted, the withdrawal is generally processed within 1 hour.

4.4 Delays in Deposits and Withdrawals

Technical issues, bank holidays, or the need for additional verification may cause processing to take longer than usual. In such cases, app baji will inform the member via live chat or email.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit at app baji, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 as a bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; to withdraw this bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Wagering Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for the bonus has been met.
• The period for completing the wagering requirement will be stated separately in the terms of each bonus.
• If the wagering is not completed before the period expires, the bonus funds will be cancelled.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may count towards the wagering requirement at different rates depending on the game type.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

app baji runs five regular promotions: a weekly reload gift, a slots festival bonus, a cricket deposit reward, a birthday special reward, and a refer-a-friend reward. Betting and Game Rules

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games and sports betting on the app baji platform are conducted based on a random number generator (RNG) or the results of live events. There is no method to change or influence the outcome of any game, and making such a claim will be treated as a breach of these terms.

6.2 Reasons for Bet Cancellation

• If a game is not completed due to a technical fault.
• If a sports event is abandoned or suspended before its scheduled conclusion.
• If the displayed odds contain an error and differ significantly from the actual value.

6.3 Multi Bets

A multi bet combines multiple selections and the entire bet is lost if any one of them is incorrect. app baji automatically calculates and displays the combined odds for a multi bet, but this is only an indication of a possible return — not a guarantee of winning.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in them will result in the permanent closure of the account, possible forfeiture of funds, and legal action where necessary:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Placing coordinated or artificial bets with the aim of abusing bonuses.
• Interfering with the platform's software or exploiting errors.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using an account for criminal purposes or to defraud third parties.

Responsible Gaming

app baji believes that sports betting and casino games are a form of entertainment, not a source of income. By following our responsible gaming guidelines, every member can enjoy gaming in a healthy way.

8.1 Setting Self-Limits

Members can set their own deposit limits, bet limits, and session time limits. Using these tools can help avoid overspending.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Any member can contact the app baji support centre to apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. While a self-exclusion is active, the account cannot be reopened during that period.

Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Limits on Data Disclosure

9.2 Cookies and Tracking

Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure at the Member's Request

Any member may apply to close their account at any time. Any withdrawable funds in the account at the time of the request will be returned through the usual method. Active bets or bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be cancelled.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by app baji

app baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in cases of breach of terms, suspected fraud, provision of false information, or legal reasons. If the member is found to be innocent at the conclusion of an investigation, the account will be reactivated.

10.3 Extended Inactivity

If there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months or more, the account may be marked as inactive. In such cases, the member will be notified by email and may need to verify their identity to reactivate the account.

Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Continuity

app baji makes every effort to keep the platform running without interruption. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or unforeseen events. app baji will not be held liable for any losses arising from such situations.

11.2 Liability for Betting Outcomes

Winning or losing money in betting and gaming is entirely based on chance. app baji does not guarantee a winning outcome for any bet and is not responsible for losses. Examples shown in advertisements or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only and are not a promise of winnings.

11.3 Third-Party Services

app baji is not directly responsible for the service quality of third-party payment providers, game studios, or technology partners it works with. However, the greatest care is taken in selecting partners.

Changes & Enforceability

12.1 Right to Amend Terms

12.2 Enforceability of Terms

If any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full force and effect. A one-time waiver of any condition by app baji will not be considered a waiver of the right to enforce that condition in the future.
